  1. In a large pot, put in just enough water to cover the eggs
  2. add eggs and turn heat to high
  3. when the water comes to a boil, turn off heat and cover pot. set a ten minute timer.
  4. after eight minutes, put ice in a large bowl and fill with water
  5. when the egg timer goes off, remove egges and place them in ice bath
  6. let eggs cool then use or store
