Chicken Taco
ingredients
- pre-cooked chicken from Aldi's
- low-carb tortillas
- shredded cabbage/bagged cole slaw mix
- ranch dressing
Directions
- heat frozen chicken in microwave for two minutes
- while chicken is heating, mix cabbage and ranch dressing in a bowl
- after two minutes, put two tortillas on top of the chicken and heat for 35seconds
- divide chicken equally between both tortillas
- divie dressed cabbage mixture over both tortillas
- salt/pepper/hot sauce to taste
